Summary:

    Go to: Team management
  2. 2
    Press Add Employees
  3. 3
    Give them a Name, Phone number, Email and Password
  4. 4
    (Optionally) Click “Enable signature on all outgoing messages” and give them a signature
  5. 5
    (Optionally) Upload individual “Call & Voicemail Settings
  6. 6
    Click "Save"
